Our body’s innate healing ability is truly amazing. We just have to learn how to get out of our own way!  Yoga helps us realign with our own natural energy by melting our physical armor. Here are my 22 reasons to do yoga. (I am not suggesting that this take the place of fast paced cardiovascular excercize. I also believe in dancing, running, leaping, and adventuring.)
